What We Offer $19.00/hour starting rate Holiday double-time pay 401(k) with employer match Dental and Vision Medical insurance and Company-paid life insurance (FT Eligible) Voluntary benefits (disability, accident, critical illness) (FT eligible) Paid vacation Available Shifts Evening 2:00pm-10:30pm Night 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM every other weekend only All positions include every other weekend and holiday requirement unless otherwise noted Key Responsibilities Prepare and administer medications according to physician orders Assist residents with taking medications safely and effectively Monitor residents for medication effectiveness and side effects Document all medication administration in MAR accurately Obtain vital signs, blood glucose, and other ordered measurements Provide encouragement, education, and emotional support to residents Deliver hands-on care and assist with daily living activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Medication Technician certification (required) Diabetes training CPR/First Aid certification Experience in assisted living, senior care, or healthcare About Columbia Cottage Columbia Cottage is a premier assisted living community offering multiple levels of care in a warm, home-like setting.
