Position Overview As an Insulation helper you will be partnered with an Insulation Mechanic to learn the skills of a Commercial and Industrial Insulation installer. You will be taught how to install insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, equipment, plumbing systems, and industrial piping. There will be opportunities to advance to Insulation Mechanic, Foreman, General Foreman, and Superintendent. Key Responsibilities Partner with an Insulation Mechanic to learn commercial and industrial insulation installation techniques. Install insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, equipment, plumbing systems, and industrial piping. Assist in site preparation, measurement, cutting, and fitting of insulation materials. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED Preferred experience installing: Duct Wrap, Duct Board, Fiberglass Pipe Covering, Armaflex Pipe Covering and Sheeting, Foam glass Insulation, Phenolic Insulation, Urethane Insulation, PVC or Aluminum jacketing. Ability to work well with others. Experience in a related field is a plus. Reliable transportation. Pass random drug testing. Tools Must have your own tools (tool belt, tape measure, hand tools, knife, end cutters, aviation snips, dividers and scissors). #J-18808-Ljbffr
