Location: San Diego, CA

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist / Recruiter/Comp Analyst for a long-term temporary assignment expected to continue at least through the end of the year. The ideal candidate will bring a strong recruiting background, HR operations experience, and compensation analysis expertise in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates
• Conduct phone and video interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Prepare and send conditional and final offer letters
• Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and drug screenings
• Support compensation-related tasks and analysis
• Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding records
• Draft professional written communications to candidates and internal stakeholders
• Provide administrative and operational HR support as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of HR generalist, comp, and recruiting experience required
• Strong recruiting background with experience supporting high-volume hiring activities
• Experience with compensation analysis and compensation-related HR functions preferred
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional candidate correspondence and HR documentation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems preferred
• Bachelor's degree or HR certification preferred
