Hospitality Specialist

The Dining Room Hospitality Specialist plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and clean dining experience for Chick-fil-A guests. This team member focuses on guest interaction, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining a spotless dining area. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel valued. Assist guests with needs, such as refilling drinks, providing condiments, or carrying trays. Engage in friendly conversations to enhance the guest experience. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Dining Room Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, trash receptacles, and floors. Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure a safe environment. Restock condiments, napkins, and utensils as needed. Team Support & Efficiency: Assist front counter and drive-thru teams as needed during busy periods. Ensure restrooms are clean and well-stocked. Support operational flow to create a seamless guest experience. Qualifications: Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
