About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Product Management to lead the product management and UX teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across web, mobile, and internal platforms, with a focus on driving growth and revenue. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of customer and growth orientation, and a proven track record in building and scaling product roadmaps. The VP will be expected to own the multi-year product strategy, champion the brand's promise, and ensure that the product portfolio is aligned with business impact. They will also be tasked with fostering a culture of ownership, rigor, and customer obsession within the product organization. Candidates for the VP, Product Management position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in building and scaling product roadmaps, with at least 10 years in a senior product leadership role. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer, e-commerce, subscription, or marketplace businesses, and a proven ability to drive growth and revenue through highly scalable products. Strategic leadership, a customer-focused mentality, and a data-driven approach to product management are essential. The role also demands excellent communication, influence, and change leadership skills, as well as the ability to operate in ambiguity and lead through both scrappy and later-stage environments.
