What You'll Do As our Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and office team. Your responsibilities will include: Dispatching and scheduling technicians for maximum efficiency. Coordinating emergency service calls while minimizing downtime. Managing the daily service board and adjusting schedules as priorities change. Communicating professionally with customers regarding appointment times and updates. Confirming next-day appointments. Receiving, organizing, and staging incoming parts for technicians. Matching parts to work orders and maintaining inventory accuracy. Supporting office operations to ensure exceptional customer service every day. What We're Looking For Previous dispatching experience is required. This is not an entry-level position. Our ideal candidate: Has experience dispatching in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, restaurant equipment repair, towing, trucking, restoration, or another service industry. Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Can successfully manage multiple priorities throughout the day. Communicates professionally and confidently with customers and technicians. Remains calm and solution-focused when schedules change. Is dependable, accountable, and enjoys working as part of a team. Learns new software quickly and is comfortable using computers throughout the day.
