Key Responsibilities Conduct telehealth sessions with clients, adopting evidence-based techniques tailored to individual needs. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting your assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in our HIPAA-compliant electronic health records (EHR) system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to create comprehensive care plans. Qualifications Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist). A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a remote team. Preferred Experience Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings is a plus. This translates to an estimated annual income of $100,000 to $120,000 based on a full caseload.
