Talent Acquisition Coordinator: Onboarding & Admin

Paycom in Los Angeles is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support day-to-day recruiting and onboarding functions within the HR department on-site. You will assist with pre-employment paperwork, reference checks, ATS updates, new hire entries, orientation coordination, and ongoing candidate and new hire communication. You will help maintain accurate records, support compliance, and provide admin support to the recruiting team, including coordinating onboarding steps and maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom
