HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Talent Acquisition Coordinator who’s passionate about creating a positive experience for both candidates and employees. In this role, you'll be a key partner in driving our recruiting efforts and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The right candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities HR Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries Lead onboarding preparations and facilitate new hire onboarding Track and ensure completion of mandatory employee trainings Help coordinate staff events, including workshops, holiday parties, and team-building activities Manage and update the company’s organizational chart Design and oversee the quarterly employee newsletter Stay up to date on current trends and labor laws Maintain and update company documents and internal resources Provide administrative support to the VP of People Operations Support various HR and office operations as needed Contribute to special projects as assigned Talent Acquisition Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews, including phone, video, and on-site meetings Welcome and greet candidates during on-site interviews, serving as a representative of our company and brand Manage and update job postings across job boards and the company’s LinkedIn page Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing or high-priority roles Provide administrative support for various recruiting-related tasks as required Assist with initial candidate screening as needed Successful Candidates Will Possess Previous HR, Talent Acquisition and/or administrative experience strongly preferred (2-5 years) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume, high pressure environment High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to interact with multiple levels of leadership Self-starter, highly ethical, with a can-do attitude Critical thinking skills High emotional intelligence and ability to quickly connect with people by phone–you need to be a people person Must be an excellent listener Flexibility to move between different projects and activities with ease Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite products, specifically scheduling meetings Rooted in the principles of PragerU How to Apply First review our website at Read our annual report here. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data.
