Physical Therapist (DPT)

Location: Whitefish / Flathead Valley, MT

Status: Full-Time (Four 10s)

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 (Based on experience and visits)

Experience: New Graduates Welcome (1+ year preferred)

Start Date: August 10th

• Direct Care: Spend your time delivering hands-on, evidence-based care including manual therapy and specialized therapeutic exercises.

• Caseload: Manage a reasonable pace of 12-14 patients per 10-hour day (40 patient care hours per week).

• Leadership Track: This position is designed for growth, with a clear path to Clinic Director or advanced clinical leadership roles.

• Technology: Utilize Prompt EMR for streamlined, clear documentation and tracking.

• Work-Life Balance: Four 10-hour shifts per week.

• No Weekends: No on-call or weekend requirements, giving you three full days to explore the Flathead Valley.

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

• Licensure: Active or eligible for Montana Physical Therapy licensure .

• Certification: CPR Certification required.

• Mindset: Passionate about manual therapy and motivated to take ownership of patient progress.

• Financial: $10,000 Student Loan Payback (over 5 years), 401(k) with matching, and relocation assistance available.

• Insurance: 75% of Medical Premiums paid by the employer; Dental and Vision plans available.

• Time Off: 17 days of PTO per year.

• Interview Support: 50% of travel paid for onsite interviews (the remaining 50% reimbursed upon starting employment).
