Base pay range $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr Subject Matter Expert at Acro Service Corp | Technical Recruiting Job Description: Input data from source documents, using alphanumeric and ten key data entry. Filing Mail run between offices (3rd floor to 1st floor) Account research/analysis, reviewing employer accounts in our mainframe system Receive and review source documents, compare to database information, edit, code, correct, or return documents. Create official agency documents, maintain databases using software like Access, and prepare spreadsheets and presentations. Serve as a liaison with the public, clients, and staff to exchange information and explain agency services, laws, rules, and policies. Coordinate operational functions effectively. Organize and draft technical and administrative materials for public or departmental use. Identify causes of data entry problems. Maintain records and files regarding processed work. Qualifications Ability to answer phones, take detailed messages, respond to inquiries, handle multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Experience with office operations, including operating office machines, handling mail, shipping, answering phones, and filing. Experience in data collection, compiling, and maintaining data from multiple sources. Experience in record keeping. Experience using automated information systems to manage data.
