• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with DBS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and manage branch service delivery teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction targets
• Monitor branch performance metrics including service quality, efficiency, and financial indicators
• Implement and maintain operational standards across branch functions including customer service, transaction processing, and risk management
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and drive business growth within the branch
• Conduct staff training and development programs to build team capabilities and competencies
• Manage branch resources, budgets, and inventory effectively
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
• Liaise with regional and head office teams to align branch operations with organizational objectives
• Ensure adherence to compliance, anti-money laundering, and data security protocols

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in branch operations, retail banking, or consumer banking services
• Proven track record in managing branch operations and leading service delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and operational processes
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and improve service quality
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
