· Brindar servicios ABA individuales (1 a 1) a domicilio a personas diagnosticadas con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA).
· Utilizar estrategias de análisis de conducta para aumentar las conductas funcionales y disminuir aquellas que puedan obstaculizar el aprendizaje, la seguridad o las oportunidades sociales, siguiendo el plan de tratamiento de los pacientes.
· Recopilar y enviar datos a través de un sistema electrónico.
· Mantener una comunicación clara con las familias, los supervisores y la administración.

Golden Care Therapy es un proveedor de terapia ABA que ofrece servicios a domicilio a clientes en toda la Costa Este. Buscamos terapeutas ABA/RBT para unirse a nuestro equipo y brindar servicios ABA a niños con autismo bajo la supervisión de un supervisor de conducta (BCBA).
Cada miembro de nuestro equipo administrativo cuenta con experiencia directa como terapeuta ABA/RBT, lo que garantiza una profunda comprensión de su rol y sus necesidades. ¡Nos enorgullece nuestra cultura empresarial, que fomenta un equipo dedicado y apasionado en el campo! Se realizan evaluaciones de desempeño anuales para brindar retroalimentación constructiva y apoyar el crecimiento profesional.
