Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies (San Diego, CA)

Clinical Specialist role supporting surgical navigation technologies at hospital accounts. Provides intraoperative guidance, training, and technical support to OR staff and surgeons while assisting with preoperative planning and case documentation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical and technical training on navigation systems and instruments to surgeons and OR staff
- Prepare and process preoperative imaging data using proprietary software for surgical guidance
- Provide on-site case coverage during surgical procedures at assigned accounts
- Generate complaint reports and documentation per quality system standards
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product utilization and adoption with target surgeons
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of clinical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to handle potentially contaminated surgical instruments safely
- Capability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred
Compensation: $70,304 - $91,600 USD Annual
