Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate) #26293

Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a commercial real estate organization , is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager . This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of retail commercial properties, managing tenant and vendor relationships, and coordinating property maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. Job Duties Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of commercial retail properties Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial tenants, responding to inquiries and service requests Coordinate tenant billing and maintain accurate property-related documentation Conduct routine site visits to inspect property conditions and identify maintenance needs Schedule and oversee repairs with vendors, contractors, and service providers Monitor maintenance projects through completion to ensure quality and timeliness Maintain property records and operational data within property management software Provide regular operational updates and property status reports to leadership Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in commercial property management or a closely related field Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience coordinating maintenance, vendors, or facility operations Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly between commercial properties High school diploma or equivalent Ability to utilize property management software and business systems Experience managing retail shopping centers or commercial real estate portfolios Experience with Yardi or similar property management software Background in facilities management, construction coordination, or commercial operations Knowledge of commercial lease administration and tenant relations Experience coordinating multiple properties or locations simultaneously Blue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
