Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (25 hours/week) Location: West, Texas We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office and enjoys being the person who keeps everything organized and moving. Around here, you'll be the air traffic controller for the office—keeping people on schedule, following up on details, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What You'll Do Answer phones and greet Kona Krew Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Organize paperwork and maintain digital files Assist with data entry and reporting Handle emails and follow up on outstanding items Coordinate with team members to keep projects on track Order office supplies and manage administrative tasks Support ownership with day-to-day business operations Jump in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly What We're Looking For Highly organized and dependable Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willing to help wherever needed Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Quick learner who can figure things out without constant direction Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Someone who enjoys staying busy and getting things done Bonus If You Have Experience in an administrative or office support role Experience with scheduling software or CRM systems Small business experience Details Opportunity for additional responsibility and increased compensation as you prove yourself Friendly, fast-paced office with a team that values hard work and reliability This job is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be an essential part of a growing business.
