Physical Therapist - 13-Week Contract

Schedule

Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 1 weekend per month with compensatory days during the week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care settings and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team that treats a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions aimed at achieving set rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Document clinical findings in the electronic medical record system.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist licensure.
• Experience in acute care preferred; trauma and vestibular experience is a plus.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
