De qu se trata la empresa? Somos una firma de consultora especializada en Inteligencia Artificial (IA) e Hiperautomatizacin. Ayudamos a las organizaciones a optimizar sus procesos y escalar a travs de tecnologa avanzada.
Qu estamos buscando? Un perfil altamente organizado, bilinge y con un fuerte ADN tecnolgico. Tu misin ser fusionar el soporte administrativo estratgico con la optimizacin de nuestras operaciones comerciales.
Funciones y Responsabilidades Detalladas:
Soporte Comercial y Propuestas: Crear, estructurar y gestionar propuestas comerciales atractivas para el equipo de ventas, asegurando altos estndares de calidad.
Gestin de CRM y Datos: Mantener los registros del CRM completamente actualizados, garantizando la precisin, integridad y calidad de los datos del pipeline comercial.
Anlisis de Mtricas y KPIs: Monitorear e informar sobre los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) y analizar datos de ventas para apoyar la toma de decisiones estratgicas.
Gestin de Agendas y Alta Direccin: Brindar soporte diario a los lderes de la empresa, coordinando reuniones, administrando calendarios complejos y gestionando la correspondencia.
- Enlace y Comunicacin Bilinge: Facilitar una comunicacin fluida, clara y profesional tanto en ingls como en espaol entre equipos internos, clientes, proveedores y aliados en EE. UU. y Puerto Rico.
Logstica de Eventos: Planificar, organizar y coordinar eventos comerciales, conferencias y sesiones de capacitacin del equipo.
Reportes de Gestin: Elaborar y presentar informes semanales detallados sobre las actividades realizadas y los avances del rea.
Confidencialidad Extrema: Manejar con el ms alto nivel de discrecin la informacin sensible del negocio, mtricas internas y datos privados de los clientes.
Requisitos clave:
Idiomas: Espaol e Ingls avanzado/bilinge (Nivel profesional para reuniones y propuestas de negocio).
Experiencia: Roles previos en asistencia administrativa, comercial o soporte de operaciones (ideal en sectores de tecnologa o servicios profesionales).
Tecnologa: Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Suma puntos si manejas CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Trello) o herramientas de anlisis (Power BI).
Habilidad estrella (Plus de alto valor): Uso diario y prctico de asistentes de IA (Claude, Microsoft Copilot) para automatizar tus propios procesos de trabajo.
Qu ofrecemos?
Modalidad: 100% Remoto desde Colombia.
- Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 5:30 p.m. (Hora Puerto Rico).
Compensacin: Pago mensual en dlares (USD) + Auxilio de internet.
Herramientas: La empresa te proporciona la computadora y los accesorios necesarios.
Tipo de vinculacin: Contratista independiente / Prestacin de servicios.
