About the Role:
The Occupational Therapist will help patients develop, recover, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and work. You will provide client-centered, holistic care to help individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and address client performance to support engagement in meaningful daily activities

• Select and adapt appropriate OT treatment approaches based on individual needs

• Improve safety and independence in ADLs and IADLs

• Educate patients on task adaptation and breaking down activities into manageable steps

• Assess home and living environments and recommend modifications

• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment

• Educate and support family members and caregivers

• Monitor and document progress toward short- and long-term goals

• Maintain accurate documentation and regularly follow up with clients
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

• Strong understanding of OT principles and treatment practices

• Familiarity with ADL assessment tools

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Active OT license required
