Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, everyday to our patients. Responsibilities Maintaining reception desk activities, greeting, instructing, checking-in, directing patients and visitors, setting up new patient accounts, updating demographics and insurance information, generating miscellaneous reports, balancing cash drawers, and giving general information on clinic services in accordance with McFarland Clinic's Core Values and Promise. Education High School Diploma, GED or HiSET. Days Monday - Friday Hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience Prefer one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Completion of Medical Terminology class required within one year of employment. Keyboard and computer experience. Receptionist experience preferred, but not required. Proficient use of standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copies, printers, etc. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
