Sr Product Manager - IAM Authentication

The Senior Product Manager will lead product ownership and delivery for enterprise Identity and Access Management authentication services. This role will manage roadmap priorities, partner with engineering and business stakeholders, and ensure authentication platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned with security and user experience needs. Must Haves Strong product management, program management, or delivery management background supporting enterprise technology services. Hands-on experience within Identity and Access Management, authentication, security, or a closely related domain. Solid understanding of authentication, MFA, identity lifecycle management, access controls, and security best practices. Experience managing business-critical, highly available enterprise applications or platforms. Ability to translate business and technical needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and delivery plans. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities Manage the roadmap for authentication, MFA, identity verification, account recovery, and IAM onboarding services. Own product priorities across multiple IAM platforms while balancing strategic initiatives, operational needs, and stakeholder requests. Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and business teams to define requirements and deliver platform enhancements. Drive service ownership, including reliability, availability, performance, service health, risks, dependencies, and operational metrics. Support authentication policy updates, user experience improvements, platform modernization, and incident or issue resolution.
