Senior Manager Corporate Finance

We're partnered with a well-established global industrial company in search of a Senior Manager, FP&A to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role supporting executive leadership and driving financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support across a complex, multi-entity organization. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys business partnership and wants exposure to senior leadership in a dynamic operating environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities. Analyze financial performance, trends, risks, and operational drivers across multiple business units. Develop executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations. Build financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation decisions. Partner with finance and operational leaders to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making. Perform variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership. Support process improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency and forecasting accuracy. Contribute to quarterly business reviews and management presentations. Assist with market, industry, and competitor analysis to support strategic planning efforts. What They're Looking For: 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Experience in a multi-site, manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or diversified operating environment is highly valued.
