Hourly: $28.00 – $33.00 Qualifications: A driven builder and go‑getter with high career goals. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the security / fire protection industry. Strong understanding of commercial security systems (fire alarms, access control, video surveillance, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently. Prior experience in in‑home sales. Ability to understand technical product details and communicate them effectively to clients. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT
Responsibilities: Manage the President’s calendar and coordinate meetings with precision. Arrange appointments and oversee all travel logistics, ensuring smooth itineraries. Prepare materials and agendas to support productive meetings. Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information discreetly. Assist with various projects, providing leadership and problem‑solving support. Utilize Excel for data management and reporting tasks. Leverage Microsoft Outlook and HubSpot tools for scheduling and communication. Exercise a high level of decision‑making autonomy on behalf of the President. Learn president’s thought patterns and direct staff as needed by the president. Make various calls as needed and directed by the president. ENTRY‑LEVEL ELECTRICIANS – Residential New Construction We currently have entry‑level electrician positions available on our residential new construction low‑voltage team. Pay is hourly plus a weekly performance bonus opportunity, which can add an equivalent of $5+ per hour. Team members will work with the following: structured wiring, security alarms, home networking, home theater, home audio, smart home technology, and A/V systems. In‑house training available. Residential construction experience is a plus. A successful candidate will be highly motivated to learn and grow, and be organized. EXPERIENCED ALARM AND FIRE ALARM INSTALLER/SERVICE TECHNICIAN (Non‑Electrician) Full-Time Dental, Life, Medical, Retirement, Vision Hourly + Bonus Opportunity Current job description: Self‑motivated, professional, responsible, dependable, and punctual. Organizational and time‑management skills. Qualify for an ACE card for the State of California. Maintain accurate truck inventory and vehicle cleanliness, both interior & exterior. Some network experience required. An ideal candidate will have three plus years of experience. Fire Alarm Tech – Blue Card preferred, but not required. FIRE ALARM / LOW VOLTAGE WIRING, TESTING, AND INSPECTION TECHNICIAN We currently have available positions on our residential new construction fire alarm – low voltage team. KPS Alarms is a family‑owned business that has been in business since 1990. We service most of California with multiple facilities. Our builder customers include local, regional, and national builders such as: KB Home, Woodside Home, DR Horton, Pulte Homes, Pacific Communities, Williams Homes, Brookfield Properties, and many others.
