Kitchen Cloud Inc., a Delaware C corporation, is an AI-powered platform reimagining how food is managed, from the home to the global food system. Every year, over $1 trillion worth of food is wasted globally, much of it due to poor planning, mismanagement, and lack of data. At the same time, consumers face rising food prices, restaurants operate on razor-thin margins, and retailers discard billions in unsold inventory. Kitchen Cloud aims to address these challenges by aligning environmental impact with economic value to reduce waste, optimize inventory, and help the food chain operate more efficiently.

Kitchen Cloud is beginning with a consumer-facing app designed to help families optimize grocery usage, save money, reduce food waste, and simplify daily food decisions. Through AI-powered pantry tracking, personalized meal planning, and adaptive cooking support, the app helps consumers make better use of the food they already have.

The consumer app is currently in its beta-testing phase, with a soft launch planned for November 1 and full go to market launch in January 2027. This milestone represents an important transition from product development toward broader consumer engagement, user feedback, product refinement, and market growth.

Building on this consumer foundation, Kitchen Cloud plans to expand into a broader food intelligence ecosystem serving restaurants, retailers, producers, and logistics networks. The long-term vision is to simplify food planning, storage, and nutrition while equipping businesses with tools to track inventory, forecast demand, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.

As Kitchen Cloud prepares to bring its consumer app to market and advance its broader vision for transforming the global food system, we are seeking both strategic and financial partners who are experienced and mission-aligned to join our Board. This is an opportunity to help shape an early-stage AI-powered SaaS company at a pivotal point in its development, as it transitions from beta testing toward consumer adoption and builds the foundation for future growth. We are looking for executives, entrepreneurs, operators, technologists, and industry experts who can contribute strategic insight, practical experience, and valuable perspectives as the company refines its product, expands its market presence, and pursues new growth opportunities.

• Help refine the company’s vision, mission, and purpose

• Advise on the company’s strategic direction

• Support brand reputation, public positioning, and stakeholder trust

• Provide guidance on legal, ethical, and operational best practices

• Serve on one or more committees and provide updates
\n
• Support member and executive concerns

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Board experience a plus, but not required
\n
• Senior leadership experience with a track-record of success
\n
• Experience/understanding of the SaaS space
\n
• Understanding of the nuances related to launching an early-stage SaaS company 
\n
• Understanding of the dynamics surrounding fundraising
\n
• Experience/understanding the challenges leaders face today managing operations
\n
• Experience working with executive teams
\n
