Healthcare Operations Manager

Position Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you will be a trusted frontline leader in an outpatient clinic setting. You must be an ambitious, operationally-focused, results‑driven leader with clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Patient Care Technician with CCHT. Key Responsibilities Build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Develop, mentor and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the highest quality care. Manage clinic operations: budget adherence, forecasting, vendor relationships, supply ordering, and compliance monitoring. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns and drive towards regional goals. Work collaboratively with clinical and financial teams daily to produce results that align with business needs. Requirements Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.). Current RN license if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification (or will be obtained within 60 days of hire). Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to collaborate and lead in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.
