Project Manager

Summary A growing residential builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage high-end single-family residential construction projects throughout West Los Angeles. The company combines traditional construction expertise with design-build delivery, digital fabrication, BIM, and offsite construction to improve quality, control costs, and accelerate project schedules. The ideal candidate has strong single-family residential construction experience and can take ownership of trade procurement, scheduling, cost control, quality, and subcontractor performance. This is a daily onsite position requiring someone who is comfortable working closely with field teams, design professionals, subcontractors, and ownership. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned construction trades and scopes from procurement through final installation Lead bidding, subcontractor buyout, scope development, and trade sequencing Develop bid packages and ensure subcontractor proposals align with project requirements Manage subcontractors and vendors while maintaining strong trade partner relationships Build and maintain 2-6 week look-ahead schedules Coordinate trade sequencing, inspections, manpower, and material lead times #J-18808-Ljbffr
