The Tim Stout Group Advantage:

Responsibilities:

1. Execute consistent, daily follow-up with inbound team leads and your personal database inside Follow Up Boss.
2. Conduct professional buyer consultations, seller listing presentations, and team open houses.
3. Negotiate purchase and sale agreements with the backing of team contract support.
4. Participate in weekly accountability check-ins, sales strategy meetings, and skill sessions.

Qualifications:

1. Active Georgia Real Estate License (Required).
2. Track record of baseline production (prefer 6 to 12 closed transactions in the past 12 months).
3. Strong familiarity with residential real estate fundamentals, contracts, and local market dynamics.
4. High coachability, accountability, and a growth-oriented mindset.

Service Areas: Peachtree City, Newnan, Sharpsburg, Fayetteville, Fairburn, Carrollton, Douglasville, Coweta County, Fayette County, Carroll County, and Troup County.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $180,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
