Shelter & Housing Case Manager

Paylocity

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Shelter Case Manager to provide onsite case management, help clients exit shelter, and connect them with housing and benefits. You will create individualized goals, document progress, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve shelter exits and client outcomes. A degree or equivalent homeless service experience is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
