About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Brand Marketing to lead the evolution of its brand strategy and storytelling as it expands into new family lifestyle categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving the brand marketing and go-to-market strategy, setting the brand strategy across various customer touchpoints, and translating business and growth priorities into emotionally resonant, commercially effective campaigns. This role requires a leader with exceptional brand instincts, deep experience in building multi-channel consumer brands, and a strong understanding of social platforms and modern consumer brand marketing. The VP of Brand Marketing will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing brand organization, managing agency and creative partners, and overseeing community, social, influencer, and PR strategies. Applicants for the VP of Brand Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of brand marketing leadership experience within a high-growth consumer or lifestyle brand. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in brand strategy, campaigns, social, community, partnerships, and content, as well as a strong ability to drive brand consistency and executional excellence. Fluency with AI tools and emerging technologies is essential, and experience in the family, kids, or baby category is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thought partner, capable of representing the brand function within the broader marketing leadership team, and will be expected to bring a premium, highly distinctive consumer brand experience to the role.
