Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Fleet Readiness in Johnstown, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter, as assigned. Observe and report unusual activity, potential hazards, access concerns, and policy violations to help deter theft, loss, and unauthorized activity. Assist with access control, visitor and vendor entry procedures, and maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
