As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or tenants by carrying out site-specific, security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols of the commercial property, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, assisting with credential checks, directions, and access-control procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations. Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
