As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and deliveries. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location by observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, verifying credentials or delivery documentation as directed, and reporting unauthorized access concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed. Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and/or access-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
