Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Lead and supervise a crew in the installation of irrigation systems, planting trees and shrubs, and other landscape construction tasks.
- Read and interpret landscape plans and designs to guide project execution.
- Ensure all work is performed to high technical and ethical standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project satisfaction.
- Operate heavy equipment such as bobcats, excavators, and skid-steer loaders.
- Assist with loading and unloading building materials and maintaining a clean and safe worksite.
- Interact with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in landscaping or contruction is required.
- Driver’s license is required.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting 50 lbs or more, using hand tools, and working in various weather conditions.
