A Paid Social Manager opportunity in the Greater Phoenix, AZ Area is now available through The Keller Group. Our client is a reputable organization whose digital strategy team is expanding and are targeting a Paid Social Manager that can lead sophisticated campaigns for ambitious B2B and B2C brands. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who can turn business goals and campaign insights into smarter media decisions and stronger performance. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company and a team that values professional growth and invests in internal mobility.
Must be local to the Phoenix, AZ area, as this is a hybrid position with a mix of remote and in-office days.
Your Day to Day:
- Own the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid social campaigns, acting as the go-to expert on media buying for a mix of B2B and B2C brands
- Build and present compelling media plans that tie directly back to each client's broader marketing objectives and business goals
- Get hands-on inside ad platforms to fine-tune spend allocation and surface data-backed recommendations to improve performance
- Support organic social efforts as needed, ensuring alignment between paid and organic strategy
- Build out reporting frameworks and deliver regular (and as-needed) performance insights tied to each client's defined KPIs
- Serve as the subject-matter expert across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other emerging social channels
- Understand how paid social fits into the bigger media mix picture and use that lens to shape smarter business decisions
- Partner closely with account services and cross-functional teammates to keep campaign development, communication, and execution running smoothly
- Keep a pulse on new platforms, tools, and creative campaign approaches to keep client strategies ahead of the curve
Paid Social Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience
- Confidence with navigating xhyhwjd platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel
- Strong strategic judgement to connect campaign decision to client goals - and the practical platform skills to put strategy into action
- Familiarity with programmatic and demand-side platforms is a plus
