Are you a creative, strategy-driven marketer looking to take full ownership of impactful social media programs? We are seeking a results driven Paid Social Media Manager with deep Meta expertise to lead, innovate, and elevate client performance across key channels. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and primary client contact for paid social, guiding everything from full-funnel campaign architecture to continuous performance optimization. Beyond Facebook and Instagram, you'll drive growth across platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and emerging ad tech.

As a Paid Social Media Manager, you’ll harness data and audience insights to build campaigns that exceed client goals and maximize ROI. Working closely with our collaborative Performance Marketing Team and cross-functional partners, you will turn high-level strategy into seamless tactical execution, scaling results and championing new social media opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
\n
• Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts and ensure client expectations are met
\n
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising
\n
• Collaborate with other team members to develop effective campaigns and strategies
\n
• Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and achieve KPIs
\n
• Analyze data and prepare reports to communicate campaign performance to clients as well as make recommendations for optimizations
\n
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal points of contact for paid social media
\n

Requirements:

\n
• At least 5 years of experience in the tactical execution of paid social media programs in an advertising and marketing agency environment
\n
• Strong expertise in Facebook and Instagram paid social media advertising
\n
• Familiarity with paid social media channels such as Snapchat, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and other emerging platforms
\n
• Familiarity with AI tools
\n
• Ability to develop effective social media campaigns that deliver against client goals and KPIs
\n
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to optimize campaign performance
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
\n

Hybrid Schedule: 8 hour shift - M, F Remotely and T, W, TH in office. During first 90 days, new hires are required to be in office M, T, W, TH and remote on Friday.
