Functional Analyst I

Providing operations support in a full-time remote capacity, the Functional Analyst I will analyze problems, design solutions, and develop testing methods while assisting customers with operational information and training. Key responsibilities Research and improve operations by analyzing systems problems and recommending resolutions Support operations systems by providing information and training to customers Verify operations systems through the development and documentation of testing methods Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree 2 years of experience in an operational role at level 2 or above Proficiency in Microsoft Office and similar applications Experience with Facets is preferred Knowledge of health insurance benefits is a plus
