Metuchen, NJ | Full-Time | Company Vehicle Provided

Growing, family-owned HVAC company seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a technician who wants steady work, career growth, and the ability to continue developing their skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Service central air conditioning and gas furnace systems
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
Handle service calls independently
Assist with complex repairs and diagnostics
Educate customers on repair options
Maintain accurate service records
Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

2+ years residential HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting skills (refrigeration, electrical, controls, gas systems)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Professional communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

EPA Certification
Installation experience
Light commercial HVAC experience
ServiceTitan experience
