Job Description

Busy Law Firm in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn seeks an Immigration Attorney!

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in immigration matters and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documentation.
Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other submissions.
Prepare clients for interviews and hearings.
Manage case deadlines and maintain regular communication with clients.

Qualifications:

At least one year of immigration law experience required.
Experience with affirmative and defensive asylum cases a plus.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
Available to work fully in office in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn.
