Immigration Attorney

We are a fast-paced, high-volume immigration law firm headquartered in New York City, representing clients across all 50 states. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Immigration Attorney to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more areas of immigration law, including removal defense, family-based immigration, and employment-based immigration, and be comfortable managing a busy caseload in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in removal, family-based, and/or employment-based immigration matters.
• Appear before EOIR for master calendar and individual hearings.
• Handle asylum, cancellation of removal, waivers, motions, and other forms of relief.
• Prepare family-based petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing matters.
• Handle employment-based matters including H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, EB-1, EB-2, PERM, and NIW cases.
• Prepare petitions, applications, motions, briefs, and appeals before USCIS, EOIR, DOL, ICE, and the BIA.
• Provide clients with clear legal advice and develop effective case strategies.
• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure timely and high-quality case management.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state; New York Bar preferred.
• Immigration law experience preferred.
• Experience in removal defense, family-based, and/or employment-based immigration.
• Strong legal writing, research, communication, and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
