What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll help build industry-leading windows and doors by:

• Assembling products from start to finish using established work instructions
• Reading production orders and identifying required materials
• Using hand and power tools such as drills, screw guns, nail guns, routers, sanders, and saws
• Accurately measuring components using a tape measure
• Inspecting products throughout the assembly process to ensure quality standards are met
• Reporting material shortages or quality concerns to leadership
• Following safety procedures and manufacturing best practices
• Assisting with other production tasks as needed
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Schedule
1st Shift

Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift

Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Occasional Friday overtime may be available based on production needs.
Work Environment

This position is located in a high-volume manufacturing facility where employees build premium windows and doors. Team members spend the day working with tools, materials, and equipment in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

• Steel-toed shoes required
• Casual work attire permitted
• Facility is not air-conditioned
• Standing, lifting, bending, and movement throughout the shift required

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
