Finance Analyst / Controller – R&D Finance Cambridge, Massachusetts (USA) | 18 months Ready to launch your international career? Join Ipsen, a global biopharmaceutical company committed to improving patients' lives worldwide. As a V.I.E. Finance Analyst / Controller, you will join our R&D Finance team and support the financial management of key R&D assets and projects. Working closely with Asset Leaders and Finance teams across the US, UK and France, you will contribute to financial analysis, controlling, budgeting and strategic R&D initiatives in a highly international environment. What you'll do Prepare and review financial models related to R&D costs. Support clinical study budget analysis across different therapeutic areas. Analyze financial data and produce accurate reports and insights. Support R&D controlling activities and finance management tasks. Contribute to financial analysis, benchmarking and cost modelling for global clinical projects. Support R&D Finance due diligence, Business Development, Licensing and M&A activities. Partner with R&D teams, Project Leaders and Finance stakeholders to provide visibility on project costs and investments. Contribute to Global R&D Finance initiatives and ad-hoc financial projects. What we're looking for Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field. First experience in Financial Analysis, Planning or Controlling. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of SAP and/or TM1 would be a plus. Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and R&D environment. Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in an international environment. Why join Ipsen?
