This is an opportunity for experienced sales professionals who know how to build relationships, conduct a professional presentation, overcome objections, and close.

No cold calling. No door knocking. No spending your day trying to generate appointments. Our team provides professionally scheduled, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners who are actively considering a bathroom remodeling project.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-based sales position designed to reward performance.

What You’ll Do

As a Design Consultant, you’ll meet homeowners in their homes and guide them through the process of designing their new bathroom.

You will:

• Build professional relationships and establish trust with homeowners
• Deliver an exceptional in-home sale and design experience
• Educate customers on Re-Bath products and remodeling options
• Identify the homeowner’s needs, priorities, and budget
• Design bathroom remodeling solutions
• Provide accurate project pricing
• Present available financing and payment options
• Ask for the business and close sales
• Maintain the level of customer service that has helped Re-Bath earn a 4.8-star Google rating

Who We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in experienced sales professionals who are comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

• Skilled at building rapport and handling objections

• Comfortable working a flexible sales schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Able to pass required background screening
• Able to meet driving requirements for the position
• Previous in-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, automotive,
• furniture, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is highly valued.

Professional Sales Training

Even experienced salespeople need the right system and support. Re-Bath provides paid training designed to help you learn our products, sales process, design tools, pricing, financing options, and proven in-home selling approach. Training includes hands-on product education, sales process training, presentation and closing techniques, technology and design tools, field training, and ongoing coaching. Our goal is to get experienced sales professionals prepared to confidently run appointments and start producing as quickly as possible.
