As a Security Officer TWIC Driver Operations in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a retail and mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position requires a valid driver's license and TSA-issued TWIC. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and support a welcoming environment while demonstrating Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, caring, teamwork-focused, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, loading areas, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery/vendor arrivals in accordance with site procedures; communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment for shoppers, tenants, and employees while supporting established property rules and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
