Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is hiring a Hospice Business Development Representative to grow our hospice referral base and build lasting relationships with the hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and facilities who trust us with their patients. Our hospice program stays connected to OKC through our monthly Veteran-to-Veteran coffees, so when you're out building referral relationships, you're representing a hospice program this community already knows and trusts. Service Area This Hospice Business Development Representative position covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. If you're an experienced Business Development Representative anywhere in the greater Oklahoma City area, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule Full time, primarily Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to manage your own territory and schedule Field-based role with regular time in the community meeting referral sources What You'll Earn Base salary of $55,000 plus commission Uncapped earning potential as you grow your referral base What You'll Enjoy Health and dental coverage Paid time off and paid holidays Paid mileage at $0.64/mile or a company vehicle 401(k) with company match up to 4% Company-paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability Weekly pay every Friday What You'll Do Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources across the Oklahoma City metro Represent Interim HealthCare Hospice of Oklahoma City as a trusted hospice provider for referral partners in your territory Educate referral sources and families on hospice eligibility, services, and what sets our care apart Track outreach, referral activity, and relationship progress in our CRM Collaborate with our hospice clinical team to make sure every referral turns into a smooth, well-supported admission Represent the agency at community events and networking opportunities that build our referral pipeline What We're Looking For Hospice, home health, healthcare sales, or business development experience preferred An existing network of healthcare referral contacts in the Oklahoma City area is a strong plus A self-starter who's comfortable managing their own territory and schedule Strong relationship-building and communication skills, along with genuine compassion for hospice patients and families A results-driven mindset with the drive to grow a referral base and hit goals Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is a locally owned, Veteran and nurse owned home health, hospice, and personal care agency serving the OKC metro since 1999.
