This role focuses on management-side employment litigation and counseling, including wage & hour disputes, class actions, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation matters.This is a career-defining opportunity for an attorney looking to take on sophisticated employment law cases while gaining mentorship, business development training, and a clear path to Shareholder status.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this position means:Providing strategic legal counsel to corporate clients on complex employment matters.Managing litigation cases efficiently, including depositions, hearings, and motions.Developing expertise in class actions, restrictive covenants, and wage & hour laws.Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to firm growth.Participating in mentorship & business development training to advance within the firm.How This Role Fits Into the OrganizationThis attorney will be a key player in the firm's growing employment law practice, working with Fortune 500 clients and major corporations.
