Licensed Psychotherapist (W2)

Onsite Licensed Therapist (W2) Good Human Work is currently seeking applicants for a Part-Time Licensed Therapist (LMFT or similar licensure) position to start as soon as possible in Clackamas, OR. The primary responsibility for this position includes seeing individual clients one day per week at an onsite employer job site . This is a unique opportunity for guaranteed weekly hours and income . We are seeking a skilled therapist who can quickly and successfully build a trusted therapeutic alliance with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, the flexibility to thrive in various workplace environments, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with others. The current role will include 8 hours per week with consistent hourly pay. The possibility of a full-time salary position in the future exists for the right candidate if they're interested. Employment status is considered part-time with work compensation including hourly pay and perks like paid CEUs. Licensed Therapist Responsibilities Provide high quality clinical, therapeutic services to clients Occasionally provide support groups and educational talks to clients Maintain client files and documentation per legal regulations and ethical professional standards Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality of care Maintain state licensure and adhere to all legal and ethical standards Utilize systemic models of therapy and the Good Human Work approach Participate in clinical case consultations Continue learning and growing as a professional clinician Work with team members to support Good Human Work’s mission, values, and initiatives Represent Good Human Work values and vision Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications & Skills Hold active, unrestricted state licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LPC, or comparable) Ability and interest in collaborating with an interdisciplinary team Ability to respond in timely fashion to requests Comfort with technology and ability to navigate EHR systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organization skills and a strong work ethic Training and experience with a variety of models of therapy Demonstrated experience providing care and support to a variety of diverse clients Interest in working in a group private practice and collaborating with other clinicians Desire to continue learning and growing in the field Preference given to therapists with training in additional modalities or specialities of therapy or certifications such as EMDR, brainspotting, substance use, etc. Perks & Compensation Pay rate of $64.60/hour ( All working hours paid including admin, onboarding, meetings, etc.) Paid, accrued sick leave Employee-assistance program Paid CEU and training opportunities Malpractice Insurance Professional office space Optional commuter benefits, caregiver resources, and other voluntary benefits available Opportunities for growth and advancement Discounts and member pricing for a variety of products and services at companies nationwide To Apply Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
