Real Estate Associate - Alternative Real Estate

A leading global asset manager is looking to add a Real Estate Associate to its New York-based team focused exclusively on alternative real estate investments . The team is approximately 10 professionals and is currently investing out of its fourth fund, a ~$1 billion vehicle, which recently launched and is expected to ramp activity in the coming months. The role will involve: Conducting financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation Supporting due diligence and transaction execution Researching markets and industry trends The strategy focuses on sectors including car washes, marinas, data centers, BTR, and other alternative real estate verticals , with a strong 10-year track record. The team is open to candidates from Analyst through Senior Associate , with prior investment experience preferred but open to investment banking analysts with strong potential.
