Title: Grain Tester
Location: Easton PA 18040
Pay Rate: $22.13/hr. on W2
Shift: 2AM-12PM / 12PM-8PM
Duration: 2 months (possible extension)
Note: They will be standing all day collecting samples, running tests, entering data and handing off paperwork to truck drivers.
Qualifications : Must be able to learn, perform all phases and functions of grain grading including operation of all equipment and Quality testing. • Must be able to operate and understand computers to run grain grading lab. Use basic computer skills to run reports, spreadsheet & data entry.
• Must be able to Read, Write, Understand instructions & perform basic math.
• Must be able to maintain effective communication within department and other departments (Lab, Mill, Maintenance, Customers, Internal & External visitors).
Must be able to work well with others.
• Must be capable of working required hours, rotating shifts, and seven days a week during per-harvest and harvest season including holidays.
• Must be able to operate grain grading lab.
• Must be able to perform all required Wheat Testing & use of Lab equipment.
• Must maintain high levels of Quality/Sanitation.
• Must maintain high levels of Safety and Sanitation performance which includes Safety Audits and others as required. #TB_OTH
