Now Hiring: Line Cook / Healthcare Cook
Contract : Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location : Akron, OH (Cleveland Clinic Akron Hospital)
Pay : $16 per hour
Schedule : Rotating 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekend availability required.

We're hiring an experienced Cook to join a busy hospital food service team in Akron, OH. If you enjoy preparing quality meals, take pride in food safety, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and quality standards.
- Work on the hot line in a fast-paced healthcare kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of line cook or commercial kitchen experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical and religious exemptions considered).
