Position Overview

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is a confident, service-driven leader with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. This role is central to daily restaurant operations and the guest experience, requiring a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, leads with warmth, and coaches in real time.

Restaurant Managers play an integral role in scheduling, floor execution, staff development, inventory control, and maintaining health and safety standards. This position is ideal for a proactive, people-focused professional who performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and is available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold brand standards and service excellence while supporting sales growth and cost control
• Lead daily operations including shift execution, floor plans, scheduling, and decision-making
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences; resolve concerns and convert issues into return visits
• Coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members through feedback and performance management
• Maintain cleanliness, uniform standards, and a polished restaurant appearance
• Assist the General Manager with administrative, financial, and payroll-related responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• + years of senior management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
• Extensive fine dining and front-of-house experience (Forbes training a plus)
• Strong understanding of financial performance and cost control
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Stable and progressive work history with a strong work ethic
• Graduate of an accredited hospitality program is a plus
• 1+ year of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
• 2+ years of experience as a captain, server, or bartender in fine dining (Forbes training a plus)
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic
• Hospitality degree preferred

Pay Range

USD $90,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
